[Rigf_program] [For Review] APrIGF tentative program

all,

is anybody familar with IGF's practice on summary and summary session (and
workshop report)?

if we allocate 5 minutes to each workshop, we would need 125 minutes, and
we need time for discussion.  it looks like we need 180 minutes.

PS: are we asking each workshop chair to make the workshop report like IGF
in text and/or ppf?  we may use them to report at summary sessions.
