[Rigf_program] Host 2014 Proposals Evaluation

Dear Program Committee,

Would like to make a clarification that we have received 1 more additional proposal within the deadline. Therefore there are in total 2 proposals received from the below parties:
1. ISPAI and NIXI, India
2. Department of Computer Science, University of Philippines Cebu

Attached both proposals for your reference.

In that case, we Secretariat will go through both proposals and compile a comparison sheet based on the set of selection criteria from the RFP and circulate to the PC next Monday for further discussion during next meeting.
