[Rigf_program] Fwd: APrIGF Seoul 2013 Reminder

i would like to see all three workshops on multi-stakeholders in the same
day.

the current program schedules all three workshops in different days.  his
schedule may not be good for participants who would like to attend these
sessions.

i would also like to propose a panel discussion session with
all speakers from the three workshops at the end of the three
workshops, possibly cutting each workshop shorter.
