Dear Keith, Obata-san, Cheryl, Yannis and Hong,

My personal apologies for missing the phone call. I'm really sorry for
wasting your time. I landed in the USA yesterday, got the date mixed up
and at the time in question was too jet lagged to stay awake.

Hong,thanks for outlining the agenda. We should aim to be more formal in
this regard. I agree that it's a good idea to know who would be online for
the next meeting.

Yannis,
The website is still not live with at least the CFP, venue and date. Could
you please help us look into this? I have had requests for details and I
can't direct them to the site.
