Hi, Everyone,

After waiting for 25 minutes in vain, 5 participants--Keith,
Obata-san, Ms. Langon-Orr, Yannis and Hong--decided to end  the call
on May 17.  Five of us suggest we have a call on next week the same
time, i.e. May 21, 3:00 UTC (11:00am Hong Kong). We strongly suggest
those who could join NEXT call send email confirmations to the list by
May 20. We do need to know how many could be on the call to proceed.

The action item of last call was primarily finalizing and sending out
the CFP, which had been done. Thanks for the circulation of the
message.

Next call's agenda, to my belief, is to preliminary review and compile
the proposals received so far. Could the Secretariat send us the most
updated program with the full proposals or topic discussions that had
been raised either at the call or on the list by May 20? Do we have a
workspace on the website for people's easy reference and comments on
the proposals?
