[Rigf_program] APrIGF 2013--India is interested

still hoping to get to Baku... But we should also remember the previous
interest shown by Korea to host next year as well...  such discussion
should be whole of group and without existing formalised process of EOI's
etc. handled in a careful, considered and  transparent manner...

But do let's discus...
