[Rigf_program] APrIGF 2013--India is interested

I support to have a meeting in Baku. We can take the lunch time or find a free time for all. If it is possible, I suggest each of us to indicate:

1) which hotel you will stay
2) what time you are available (then we can arrange a place to have a meeting)
3) invite interest patties who like to host APrIGF 2013 to join the meeting
