Hi Peng Hwa, all,

I do like the way the programme is coming together.

One topic that we do not have listed, which will be very topical this 
year, is the WCIT and the focus on the ITUs International 
Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs) which are being reviewed this 
year, for the first time since 1988. This is very pertinent, and 
political, and it would be most useful to have open discussion on this 
topic at the Japan APrIGF.
