Dear Miwa and Izumi,

To clarify: everything is draft. Nothing is fixed.

My concern is that our sensitivity to governance--which is proper--should not paralyse.

The draft programme is intended to spark ideas. I wasn't thinking of an Open Call but more for the Programme Committee to give its inputs.

I'll whip up a call for sessions proposals but it will likely be tomorrow at the earliest.
