Dear Adam,

Thank you for your comments. They are good observations.

The USA considers itself part of the Asia Pacific. And we would not want
to exclude our neighbor in the Asia Pacific. :)

The proposed bills may have been dropped but the principle is now on the
table: the extra-territorial application of nationals laws to the
Internet. So I can amend the title.
