Please find below attached the meeting minutes of Sep 13.

Attendees: 
Paul Wilson (APNIC), Sylvia Cadena (APNIC), Edmon Chung (DotAsia), Yannis Li (DotAsia), Cheryl Langdon-Orr (ISOC-AU), Adam Peake (GLOCOM), Younjung Park (KIGA), Boyoung Kim (KISA), Shreedeep Rayamajhi (Nepal), Duangthip Chomprang (ISOC)

Agenda Items:
1. Review of APrIGF Seoul 2013 Meeting
Overview:
- Total 315 on-site registration from 28 countries (Local Participants: 238, Regional: 77)
- Transcripts & video archives uploaded to website
- The CEO of KISA is more interested in Internet governance after APrIGF and will continue to involve in the discussion
Follow up Actions:
- Detailed statistics reports from KISA will be circulated later
- Summary Reports in Progress (Secretariat to send out status list)
- Region's Priority Setting: to be identify after consolidation of all the Seoul session and track reports. Deadline: Oct 4th (Fri)

2. IGF Bali Coordination
- Secretariat to send out email to the list asking who will be in Bali and try to find a suitable time for MSG meeting
- Coordinate in the mailing lists on  the most relevant sessions to the APrIGF 2013 outcomes
- Paul is willing to be reporting in the Roundtable Session on Day 0 Sep 21 (14:30-16:00) and welcome other volunteers as well

3. Review of MSG Membership & OP Issues
- Cheryl suggested to check if the members of the mailing lists remains active and update the MSG listing on the website
- Adam raised that currently we have 3 lists i.e. discuss@, program@, msg@ is a bit confusing. The voting membership is not very clear enough in regard to the membership of MSG vs mailing lists.
- Chairmanship of APrIGF: 
	i. Cheryl suggested that Paul to remain the role of chair as a caretaker role until he is replaced by the chair elected at the next election process
	ii. Announcement to be made in the mailing list to see if any objections within 4 days. 

4. A.O.B
Meeting schedule will be resumed to bi-weekly frequency which the next meeting will be on Sep 27 (Fri).
