Review of APrIGF Seoul 2013 Meeting</b></div><div><b><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal; ">Overview:</span></b></div><div>- Total 315 on-site registration from 28 countries (Local Participants: 238, Regional: 77)</div><div>- Transcripts & video archives uploaded to website</div><div>- The CEO of KISA is more interested in Internet governance after APrIGF and will continue to involve in the discussion</div><div>Follow up Actions:</div><div>- Detailed statistics reports from KISA will be circulated later</div><div>- Summary Reports in Progress (Secretariat to send out status list)</div><div>- Region's Priority Setting: to be identify after consolidation of all the Seoul session and track reports. Deadline: Oct 4th (Fri)</div><div><br></div><div><b>2. IGF Bali Coordination</b></div><div>- Secretariat to send out email to the list asking who will be in Bali and try to find a suitable time for MSG meeting</div><div>- Coordinate in the mailing lists on the most relevant sessions to the APrIGF 2013 outcomes</div><div>- Paul is willing to be reporting in the Roundtable Session on Day 0 Sep 21 (14:30-16:00) and welcome other volunteers as well</div><div><br></div><div><div><div style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; "><b>3. Review of MSG Membership & OP Issues</b></div></div></div><div>- Cheryl suggested to check if the members of the mailing lists remains active and update the MSG listing on the website</div><div>- Adam raised that currently we have 3 lists i.e. discuss@, program@, msg@ is a bit confusing. The voting membership is not very clear enough in regard to the membership of MSG vs mailing lists.</div><div>- Chairmanship of APrIGF: </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>i. Cheryl suggested that Paul to remain the role of chair as a caretaker role until he is replaced by the chair elected at the next election process</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>ii.
