[Rigf_program] IGF MAG meetings underway now

The IGF MAG consultations are now underway in Geneva, and webcast is available:

I have just introduced the APrIGF proposal for a session on national/regional meetings, and Markus (MAG chair) has said we can take it as given that this will happen, in some form or other.  Some discussion has already started among a sub-group of the MAG, and Markus asked me personally to take a role in coordinating and taking this forward.   I felt it better to await the discussions of the next could of days, before giving an answer :-)
