[Rigf_program] Workshop list - AP region

Dear Adam and all,

Hello, I'm Byoungil Oh, a staff of Korean Progressive Network 'Jinbonet',
and working for Net Neutrality User Forum which is the network of civil
society organization for network neutrality and other ICT policy issues.

I proposed two workshop proposals just before, which are the same proposals
we proposed to the IGF in bali, though they are not included in your list
because our proposals, which are on network neutrality and anonymity, are
merged with other similar proposals.
I guess you would be also interested in those themes, and we can discuss on
those themes in advance before the IGF, of course focusing related matters
in our region.

The panels are not decided yet. If any of you recommend the persons who
have expertise in those themes, It would be very helpful for us.
