[Rigf_program] Consensus Call on Operating Principles till May 13

[APrIGF Secretariat]

Dear Program Committee,

The draft of the Operating Principles of the Multi-Stakeholder Steering Group (MSG) has been finalized with all the combined efforts from the whole committee.

Per the discussion from the last PC call meeting dated May 10 (Fri), hereby I would like to call for a consensus among the Program Committee to adopt the draft Operating Principles. If no more comments or objection received until May 16 (Thu), the Operating Principles attached herein will be adopted unanimously.
