[Rigf_program] Inviting all IGF workshops organized by participants from Asia-Pacific

i would like to propose to invite all 2013 IGF workshops organized by
participants from Asia-Pacific probably with different lineup of the
speakers as somebody proposed earlier.

this may be good practice to link IGF and APrIGF.
when is IGF program finalized, by the way?  we need to adjust the deadline
of APrIGF call for proposal accordingly.
