[Rigf_program] Definition of 'AP region'

Keith, Hong and all,

I have already suggested "areas" instead of economies or
countries because it could avoid political disputes.

Do you really mean "economies" is better than "areas"?
Or you did not notice alternative "areas" and simply saying
"economies" is better than "countries"?

Just clarification question.
