1. use only one domain name; APrIGF.asia or rIGF.asia

       2013.rigf.asia
       proposals at aprigf.asia

2. make the website more informative
    add all relevant information in the website with timely update.

    remark:  try to link to the past aprigf; hk, sg, tokyo.
