[Rigf_program] [Mar 28 UTC 4am] APrIGF Teleconference Call Reminder

would like to comment on 5. timeline review.

1. is there the current document on pending action and assignment?

2. we need to the following documents for "organizing committee" and make
the decision.

    2.1 finalize seoul aprigf proposal to be approved
    2.2 call for proposal for 2014 aprigf including its schedule;
           - issue the cfp - 2013.4.1?
           - due date for proposal - 2013.6.1 or.......?
           - announce the 2014 aprigf - 2013.9.6 or earlier

3. we need the following documents for "program committee" and make the
decisions.
    3.1 call for proposal on session and presentation for 2013 aprigf -
done already?
    3.2 due date for proposal - 2013.6.1 or.........?
    3.3 announce the 2013 aprigf program based on 3.2 - 2013.7.1 or.......?

would like to see all of the above dates as well as "who are in charge"
asap in this month.
