[Rigf_program] Registration for resource persons at IGF Bali

Hello all,

The IGF gives an opportunity for you to register as an expert "resource person" for the Bali IGF meeting.  

As a resource person you may be called on to participate on a workshop panel, or called on to offer advice or opinions at workshops and other sessions.
