regarding the hotels, i can recommends to serviced residences which
are 5~15 minutes away by bus or subways such as

  vabien II (~$110/night)
  somerset palace (~$150/night)
  fraser

as well as regular hotels such as

  seokyo (~$100)
  holiday inn
  lotte($250)
  president($150)

you can find through internet such as agoda, hotels.com, expedia,...
