[Rigf_program] [Aug 23 Fri 0400 UTC] APrIGF Weekly Meeting

Hello all -- hope it's not coming too late but seeing it "pending" for
Kids, Teens, Youngster session on Day 3. APNG can contribute as a presenter
/ panelist and it's a perfect timing to report back to the community about
the outcome of the APNG summit held next week in Xi'An. Thanks!

Ching
