[Rigf_program] Revised Timeline - Draft of APrIGF RFP

Dear Program Committee,

Per the discussing of the meeting just now. Please find below the revised timeline agreed:

Open Application: May 1 (Wed)
Application Deadline: Aug 15 (Thu)
Decision: Aug 30 (Fri)
Announcement: Sep 6

The finalized timeline aims to provide sufficient time for the PC to made the decision within the 2 call meetings and inform the successful applicant to prepare a short presentation during the closing plenary on Sep 6 the last day of the conference.

I think we could probably provide some indications of a range of the likely costs (based on a rolling average of the past events?) as a guide for the local host.

The document could also do with a spell-check. I have corrected some in the attached, but I can't use the spell checker as the document is set up using "American English", which is not a language set that I use in my Word version.
