hope to see dotasia and kisa/kiga will talk to each other to clarify on
this matter.
and we would like to see (simple) proposal.

i know this is the problem, and hope paul/msg-pc chair to
resolve with kiga.

local people have to leave their home at 6:30~7:00 to attend
the 9:30 session. the first session must be very attractive
to motivate local participants. i, for one, would like to skip
the 9:30 session to avoid congestion on commuting.

if you can come to gimpo, it is guaranteed to arrive at any hotel within 2
hours with one train change, and trains come
every ~5 minutes.

you need to check on the bus schedule as you may end up
waiting for up to one hour to catch a bus before heading for traffic jam.

you may consider taxis, which may cost $30~50 if you are coming from
incheon airport.

hope the local host to find out more.
