[Rigf_program] Meeting with AP govt in Beijing

Hi Gisella,

We've asked for time after the GACBoard session this afternoon.
Formally ends at 6pm <http://beijing46.icann.org/node/37315>, so a
direct overlap with the NomCom session.  But GAC/Board tends to run on
(and I shall also be in NomCom.)
