[Rigf_program] Meeting with AP govt in Beijing

Thanks very much for this Adfam.

I suggest to try Monday or Tuesday, and my personal preference is for the latter (i.e. end of the day Tuesday, which I assume means after the ICANN Board-GAC session).  I may not be able to make it tomorrow (Monday) due to another committment before lunchtime.
