These are great thoughts from German, and thinking about APNIC, I recall 
when I responded to their RFP to host an APNIC meeting in NZ, that their 
specifications were brief and very clear - so perhaps German, could you 
circulate a copy of the APNIC meeting requirements, which might be 
useful for this APrIGF project?
