Yanis and Young,

This is actually very good that a major issue of the next host and
especially for two years has been resolved and atleast from my personal end
I believe this is both very welcome and intelligent. I was earlier
concerned that there was a lot of support around the South Korea proposal
and that they be consulted first for 2013 and India be proposed for 2014.

Kindly note that we at the Centre for Public Policy and Governance CPPG,
Forman Christian University, Lahore, Pakistan
http://cppg.fccollege.edu.pkare interested to initiate the process for
the first local preparatory and
organize a series of research and dissemination activities so that we can
help in contributing to the APrIGF more meaningfully from Pakistan. I have
serious interest to look into and share IG related issues at both regional
and international IG related foras. In fact, we will be requesting a number
of APrIGF stakeholders to participate in these processes and even remotely
or on the ground in Pakistan.

Finally, I will be present at the IGF and look forward to both a meeting or
gathering with you all.

Best

Fouad Bajwa
