[Rigf_program] adjustment of APrIGF logo

Interestingly enough  the last time  I had a community use logo designed by
experts here in AUS ( a National Body for Community Geographic Domain
Names) they recommended and we wisely accepted  a green colour  VERY
similar  to that used in this new logo for all sorts of good image and user
reactions  for OUR  Community purposes at least...
