[Rigf_program] Meeting Summary of APrIGF Teleconference on May 24 (Thur)

Sorry for sending out a bit late. Please find attached the updated program and proposals spreadsheet.

Summary of the Meeting
Attendees - PengHwa, Keith, Izumi, Cheryl, Hong, Obata, Edmon, Yannis

Promotion Situation:
- Proposals Deadline to be extended to May 31 
- eDM targeted to be sent out on Monday May 28 (DotAsia & JAIPA)
- Sponsorship Package Customization done on May 25 (JAIPA)
- Invitation Letter to Governments (JAIPA & DotAsia), Izumi/MSG to send out 
- Updated Website with Registration Form on Monday May 28 
  (Content provided by JAIPA, Uploaded by DotAsia)

Venue:
- Currently have 2 rooms of 60 people and 1 room of 300 people
- Decided to cut down the programme to 2 concurrent sessions in addition to the main session due to the sparsely located rooms.

Programme:
- Please refer to the excel the updated agenda.
- Speakers invitation responsible is highlighted in RED
- AP* Meeting and Other proposals received will be discussed next meeting

YIGF:
- JAIPA is working on the venue and recruitment 
- DotAsia will support a crew of NetMission for the programme
- GMO indicated interest in supporting the local cost
