[Rigf_program] New gTLD session

Izumi, I'm not sure.  With the list of topics and names Edmon's given
I don't see what Sebastien would add to the session. Great to have him
at the meeting though.

If perspective from the ICANN Board would be useful, Chris and Kou-Wei
will be there and also have regional knowledge.
