The Secretariat will start to prepare:
-- Website for CFP (in English) and basic meeting information (in Eng as
well as in Japanese with help from Izumi / JAIPA)
-- Build meeting registration page
-- Listing sponsors and supporters on the webpage
-- Separate public mailing list (for those who are interested in being
contacted and receive notification from the host)

We will also contact the live scribe service and get a quote. Do we wish to
consider on-site simultaneous translation service (JP - Eng) ?

There was also issues on press / media relationships. The Secretariat can
help engage regional media, however JP local team should have stronger
network engaging local Japanese media. Please advise the Secretariat
whether we should allocate resource for that.
