Dear Yannis:

Thank you very much for your patience.

Upon discussion with our Internet Freedom Director, Danilo Bakovic and Sean Ang, Executive Direcrtor from SEACeM - both copied here - as well as with the organizers of currently-C4 panel (SEAPA) - here is what we would like to suggest.

Please kindly locate our proposed panel (currently B3 in latest version of draft program you sent on June 15) to the slot for C4 on Day 3. Please also move SEAPA's proposed panel currently in the slot for C4 to that of C2 - following also earlier suggestion made by Obata-san. SEAPA will also get in touch with you directly on this today.

If these are not possible for some reasons, we would like to keep our proposed panel at where it was initially located (the slot under C5).

Should you have any questions, please let us know. Otherwise, thank you very much for your kind help in advance.

Best regards,
Miwa

This growing online populations and the borderless nature of the Internet have triggered a lot of related issues such as the exhausting IP addresses and the potential extra-territorial impact of domestic legislative action which would have made Internet users world-wide vulnerable.
