[Rigf_program] APrIGF VISA & Accomodation Arrangement

Dear Program Committee,

As the VISA process shall take some time and would need the confirmation of accommodation as well.

Would like to ask again who on this list would require VISA so that the local side can help process first? Attached is the VISA information sheet to be filled out. 

For Accommodation at Main Hotel, as the local secretariat has to count the number of rooms needed from guests and committee before giving out to participants, may I know who from this list would be joining physically and need a room? We need to do a headcount.
