[Rigf_program] 3 specific Tokyo IGF question

Dear William,

   We will do Ustream for all meetings, English interpretation for 2 
rooms and live scripts for the main hall.  I think the APrIGF 
secretariat was talking about SNS.
   I will transfer this proposal to them and the program committee.
