[Rigf_program] Optional Tour Jul 20-21 - Straw Poll

Thanks Keith, please try your best.

We plan to organize a site visit, to see the really devastated areas by Tsunami,
with local people to guide.

It might be similar to the Christchurch site, seeing is really believing.
You become speechless.
Yet, we also plan to provide some more direction if and how ICT can
be of value to reconstruct local economy and society. Hope is there.
