[Rigf_program] Optional Tour Jul 20-21 - Straw Poll

I am trying to organize the Conference/study Tour on ICT and Disaster
Recovery in Sendai, July 20-21.

I wonder how many of you are interested in joining this and appreciate
if those who will come, or can consider to come, could tell me so.
For logistics reasons, mainly.

Additional cost will be:
Bullet Train, Tokyo - Sendai:  21,000 yen
Hotel in Sendai: 9,000/night
Local transportation etc: 5,000 +
Meal: your own

So, some 35,000 yen, or around US$450.

I understand it might be difficult to judge without much info,
and here I attach the current plan, but it will be really helpful
if even by straw poll we could know how many are at least coming.

I will guarantee the overall quality.  Local people will give good stories.
Sébastien Bachollet, ICANN Board, already indicated to me he will join.
But we need some more, or many more!
