[Rigf_program] New Development [was Meeting in Singapore]

Peng Hwa,

Restructuring is very common in Korea government as I know. That is the way to keep the government moving in Korean way. Once the new President is elected, we will expect another restructuring again. That is how to keep Korea moving. I wish my government doing so too.
