We can setup a doodle to get a sense what time is best.
Any suggestion of the possible times first?
Edmon

Dear Peng Hwa and all,
I agree to have the conf call sooner.

What I have proposed was, to be frank, to make an Open Call
widely as soon as possible, wait for the responses/proposals
and then edit them into the final program.

If we try to "fix" main substances without waiting for others to
propose, I am afraid we lose the openness.

So while it is OK to prepare the skeleton as draft, I like to see more
open process to be implemented. I hope we have similar ideas mutually.

izumi
