<div>I agree with Leonid here. I think that all his points are issues that we can discuss on this mailing list, in parallel to the actual data collection, and also allocate some time while we are there in Bali as part of the agenda… with help from remote participants,
to find the best way to learn from the data collected and find uses of the findings. Once we start discussing the issues, I believe the agenda will take shape… slowly but surely.</div>

and completed a catalogue of all sorts of expertise and experiences, how will we (would we like to) make sure it 1) forms a universal toolkit/manual/ guidelines for those willing and able to launch their IGFs ; 2) highlights on commonalities to promote issues/stances
of the global scope (perhaps, not necessarily factored into by MAG), thus contributing to shaping agenda of next global IGF; 3) is made available in an easy-to-understand and -use form to a broader audience beyond the IGF community, including non-English
speaking target audiences. These issues might make an agenda for a pre-event meeting in Bali which I am greatly looking forward to.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

and regional IGFs. Although this proposal has not been discussed extensively in the igfregionals mailing list, but some positive comments and suggestions have been received. The proposal is aligned with what was discussed at the IGF consultations in Geneva
(notes included at the bottom of this message) and the proposal presented by the APrIGF Multistakeholder Steering Committee (attached), in which other details of the additional activities to be conducted during the IGF are also mentioned. We really hope the
secretariat can also provide some guidance about how to proceed to structure the other 2 time slots allocated during the IGF week for the inter-regional dialogue.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
