I think the basic rule of IGF is that we accept proposals from
the floor as much as we can. I do not think that we need to
accommodate Mr.Drake in the presentation part but I think there is
no reason to reject him from the discussion part. There may be
even other people's request for involvement since the application
for such proposal is still open. Considering the arrangement of
the main hall, it might be much easier than requesting involvement
from the floor. This is the way that we are organizing other
sessions and I am doing similar arrangements for many of the
others.
The way that we would like to run the sessions are that we put
all presenters on the stage during the presentation part and with
a one minute interval, invite the other people onto the stage for
the discussion part.

I appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
Sorry, I've lost track of who is chair, moderator, speakers, etc. I
have been following WCIT/ITRs closely (no, I am not asking to speak
:-)) and agree we should not loose Bill Drake's knowledge, few know
more about these processes than Bill.
Best,
Adam

Dear MSG members,
I think I made a wrong request in the following message. I think we need
to put Mr.Drake as one of the people for the discussion part of the session
but not the chair since we already have a coordinator and chair.
Please accept my apologies.
Sincerely,

Dear MSG members,
I forgot to inform you that the moderator does not require attendance of
Mr.Drake so that I would like to take his name out from the session.

Dear MSG members,
I would like to update the WCIT/ITR session as follows.
After discussion with Google and Rafik, I think the content of the session
is the related to the activities under UN, WCIT and other organizations
where they are discussing management of the Internet in a way similar to the
public telephone network. Thus, I think there is little overlap with other
sessions.
Since the presentations and discussion will not be limited to WCIT/ITR and
since the moderator is requesting, I would like to take out WCIT/ITR from
the title.
I also understand that the new title may be a little vague but if we do
not come up with a more concrete proposal from the moderator, I think the
session content should be referred to help the audience understand the
content.
If the next teleconference is 5 July, I think we should put the details of
the sessions on the web site soon. We might need to check the content
again. I will check the speakers of all the sessions I have been
arranging. It might be necessary to set a date for the checking and I would
like to propose 28th.
Sincerely,
