This growing online populations and the borderless nature of the Internet have triggered a lot of related issues such as the exhausting IP addresses and the potential extra-territorial impact of domestic legislative action which would have made Internet users world-wide vulnerable.</span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Calibri" size="3"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span></font></div><div><font class="Apple-style-span" face="Calibri" size="3"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">These are some of the significant issues concerning the laws and policies governing the Internet, or Internet governance, which must be addressed if we are to ensure the continued successful deployment and development of the Internet. To complement and supplement the global IGF, it has already been the 3rd year of the APrIGF (Asia Pacific Regional Internet Governance Forum) for multi-stakeholders of the regional community to come together.
