I do like the way the programme is coming together.<br>

One topic that we do not have listed, which will be very topical this<br>
year, is the WCIT and the focus on the ITUs International<br>
Telecommunications Regulations (ITRs) which are being reviewed this<br>
year, for the first time since 1988. This is very pertinent, and<br>
political, and it would be most useful to have open discussion on this<br>
topic at the Japan APrIGF.<br>
