[Rigf_program] Website down?

[Izumi AIZU]

Hi, I am in Hong Kong today and moving to Macao tomorrow sometime.

I am trying to reach APrIGF 2015 website, but for the past 30 min, at
least, there is no response at all.

Hope this be fixed shortly, or just my problem.

Any others having the same problem?
