[Rigf_program] [Rigf_msg] MSG Chair Appointment Arrangement & Call for Nominations

Dear MSG members,

As followed per Paul's email earlier and the discussion from last meeting, below is the proposed arrangement:

1. Paul to remain the chairmanship as a caretaker role until he is replaced by the chair elected at the next election process which would likely be at the Bali meeting.
*If no objection or alternative proposal from this mailing list, this proposal will be adopted and effective from the next MSG meeting i.e. Sep 27 (Fri) UTC 0400.

2. Nominations of Candidate for Chair and Vice-chairs of MSG in 2014 & 2015
Vacant Seat (3): 
Chair - 1 ( 2 year-term)
Vice Chair - 1 (1 year-term)
Vice Chair - 1 (2 year-term)

Nominations for the chair positions should be sent to this mailing list, or else to Edmon & the secretariat by Oct 9 (Wed).

The election is targeted to be done at the Bali Meeting.
