i recommend to go through the election immediately after bali igf where we could have face2face meetings including MSG Meeting.
we really need face2face meetings to exchange our ideas among us, and we did not
have time to discuss on this matter during aprigf meeting last week.

Could we give a bit more time to make sure people are able to respond to the call for nominations, then after nominations are in, see if we can reach consensus first on the list.

Nominations: open now until Friday September 20.

Reach consensus through the list, with a call for consensus during a call, Friday September 27.

After that we'll know if a vote's necessary, hopefully not.

And also need to be careful which lists we use.  We tend to use two lists for general discussion <discuss at ap.rigf.asia<mailto:discuss at ap.rigf.asia>> and <rigf_program at aprigf.asia<mailto:rigf_program at aprigf.asia>>, and those would seem to have the most membership.  But if it comes to a vote then votes are subscribers to the MSG list <msg at aprigf.asia<mailto:msg at aprigf.asia>>.
