[Rigf_program] MSG Chair appointment - nomination election

MSG/program committee,

i would like to nominate paul wilson as the next aprigf chair.
there was some confusion on his "stepping down".  he stated that
he will be available to serve for aprigf as its chair at the last friday's
meeting, and i would like to welcome him to serve as the chair again.

PS: will somebody post the last friday meeting minutes so that
       we would know on the election process more in detail; when, who,..?
