[Rigf_program] Postponing Tomorrow's Call Meeting to May 31st

Dear Program Committee,

Sorry that Edmon and I have a sudden change in flight time that makes us not available for tomorrow's meeting.
Also after understanding that both Paul and Adam will be on flight and traveling for long haul so could not join as well, I am proposing if we shall postpone tomorrow's call meeting to next Friday instead?

Regarding the proposals submission, the local host KIGA had meeting a few days ago which they will be going to have more workshops proposal from their end. FYI, last year in Tokyo, we have around 18 workshops excluding opening and closing plenary which there are not always 3 workshop sessions in parallel.
