[Rigf_program] IGF MAG meetings underway now

Yes, I am keeping silence as MAG members are in general requested to
listen, not to speak much. But Paul did a good job, and Markus (and the
room) accepted that positively as "given". And Mervi from Finland offered
some help for this track/session.
