[Rigf_program] Future meeting schedule

hello,

unfortunately I probably cannot attend those calls because happening during
working hours,
anyway I think that confirming decisions and others points debated in calls
will be done in the mailing list just after.
I concur with suggestions  about meeting in beijing pending finding room
and time (I arrive in Sunday 7th)
, also for printing flyers and outreach AP gov present there.
